			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The building is at an age where some of the in-suite door closers are failings and need to be replaced.  Failure of the door closer is characterized by the suite door slamming hard and uncontrollably.  Slamming doors can cause cracks in the surrounding walls as well as the frayed nerves of neighbours.</p>
<p>If your suite door is slamming, you may first try to adjust the closer with the adjustment screw on it. If your door closer is still good, this adjustment will cause the door to close more softly.  If this doesn&#8217;t work you likely need a new door closer.</p>
<p>If you need to replace your door closer, you may wish to call <strong>Ryan at Hall&#8217;s Glass &amp; Door 647-500-1119.</strong></p>
<p>Hall&#8217;s Glass &amp; Door will supply and install new door closers at a cost to owners of $185.00 + HST = <strong>$209.05</strong>.</p>
<p><em>Note: As per the building Declaration, door closers are the responsibility of the owner.</em></p>

<p>Both the Building Seal Project and subsequently Window Washing were successfully complete in December 2011.</p>
